update well actually i first see i can't put a @ in the name so i remove it. After i have to erase all my description to finally be able to create it. I have been able to writte something by the Edit corp option. Use French so it's good now but ...

you're PS3 is probally not in english right? CCP have done some other language patch but it make the skills page crash, so you need to put your PS3 in english to get it work
